What Is a Water Wellness Consultation?
A water wellness consultation with Drawn is a free 30-minute conversation in which a consultant reviews your local water quality data, asks about your household's health priorities, and helps you understand what—if anything—a water system change would actually do for your situation.
- Free. 30 minutes. No obligation to buy anything.
- Conducted via video call or phone—no location visit required.
- The consultant reviews your actual local water quality report before or during the call—not a generic product pitch.
- Drawn consults on Enagic products as an authorised distributor, but also recommends RO systems, carbon block filters, and pitcher filters where they are the more appropriate fit.
- You leave the call knowing what your water actually contains, whether any of it is above safe limits, what treatment options exist, and which (if any) Drawn recommends for your situation.
For
- People who've read their water quality report (or used WaterHealthCheck.com) and want to understand what it means
- People considering a Kangen machine who want an honest second opinion from someone who sells them
- People with specific health priorities—pregnancy, young children, longevity focus, skin conditions—who want water-specific guidance
- People still doing their research who want a diagnostic conversation rather than a sales demo
Not For
- People looking for a product demo—this is a diagnostic conversation, not a presentation
- People who've already decided and just need to place an order — you can do that directly
What happens in the consultation
Before the call
You share your postcode or water quality report. If you've used WaterHealthCheck.com, you can share your report directly. The consultant reviews what's in your water before the call begins—detected contaminants, how they compare to EPA and EWG guidelines, and what treatment options are relevant for your specific findings.
On the call
The consultant asks about your household—size, ages, any specific health priorities. The conversation is structured around your situation, not a product feature list.
- —What your water quality data shows—in plain language
- —Whether any detected contaminants exceed safe limits and which ones matter most for your household
- —The filtration layer: what type of filter addresses your specific contaminants (PFAS requires RO; lead requires solid carbon block or RO; chlorine requires carbon; nitrates require RO)
- —The optimisation layer: whether an ionizer, the Anespa DX, or other Enagic products make sense after the filtration question is answered
- —Honest discussion of alternatives—if an RO system is the right first step and you don't need an ionizer, that's what the consultant will say
After the call
You receive a brief written summary of what was discussed. No follow-up sales sequence unless you request it.
“We look at your water data before the call. Most consultations start with: here's what's actually in your water, here's what matters for your household, and here's where the Kangen conversation starts—or doesn't.”
What you'll walk away knowing
After a 30-minute consultation with Drawn, you will have:
- —A plain-language summary of what's in your local water and how it compares to safe limits
- —A clear answer on whether any detected contaminants require specific treatment
- —A recommendation on filtration type (if needed) based on your specific contaminants
- —An honest assessment of whether an Enagic product fits your situation—and if so, which one
- —An understanding of the real cost, ongoing costs, and what alternatives exist at different price points
You will not receive a follow-up sales call unless you request one.

Why Drawn consults this way
Most Enagic distributors lead with the product. Drawn leads with your water data. This is not purely altruistic—it's also better business. A client who understands their water quality and chooses to buy with that knowledge uses the machine correctly and doesn't return it.
Drawn is an authorised Enagic distributor and earns commission on Enagic sales. That relationship is disclosed because it's relevant to how you weigh what the consultant says. What also matters: Drawn does not earn commission on RO systems, carbon block filters, or pitcher filters. When the consultant recommends those, they're recommending what they genuinely think is right for your situation.
Common questions we cover in a consultation
"Is my tap water safe?"
We look at your actual water quality report, compare detected contaminants to EPA MCLs and EWG health guidelines, and give you a clear answer.
"Do I need a filter?"
Almost always some form of filtration is worthwhile for a household with young children or specific health priorities. The question is which type. We work through this based on your specific contaminants.
"Is the K8 right for me?"
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. The K8 is appropriate for households that want the full seven-water-type system and whose source water is adequately filtered. It's not appropriate as the only treatment for contaminated source water, and it's not the best value choice if your only goal is basic filtration.
"What does a Kangen machine actually do?"
We explain the electrolysis process, the seven water types, what each is used for, and where the research on alkaline and hydrogen-rich water actually stands.
“What's the difference between the K8 and the SD501?”
We walk through the model comparison relevant to your household size and needs.
“What about the Anespa DX?”
We discuss whether shower and bath water quality is relevant to your situation—particularly relevant for eczema, sensitive skin, or households with young children.
FAQ
Is the water wellness consultation really free?
+
Yes. The water wellness consultation is 30 minutes, free, and carries no obligation to buy anything. Drawn is an authorised Enagic distributor and earns commission on Enagic sales—this is disclosed. The consultation is genuinely diagnostic, not a sales presentation.
What do I need to prepare for the consultation?
+
Your postcode or suburb (so we can pull your local water quality data), and a rough sense of your household—number of people, ages, any health priorities. If you've used WaterHealthCheck.com or have a water quality report, bring that. Nothing else required.
Can I book a consultation if I'm not sure I want to buy anything?
+
Yes. The consultation is a diagnostic conversation, not a sales presentation. If you're still doing your research and haven't made a decision, that's exactly the right time to book. If the numbers don't work for your household, or the machine isn't the right fit for your water, the consultant will tell you that.
Will Drawn recommend non-Enagic products?
+
Yes—if the right solution for your water is a reverse osmosis system, a carbon block filter, or a pitcher filter, the consultant will say so and explain why. If your water requires a pre-filter before the K8—which is the case for households with PFAS, heavy metals, or very high TDS—we'll tell you what type you need and why. We may earn a small commission on pre-filter recommendations. We don't earn commission on filters or filtration systems that we recommend as standalone alternatives to an Enagic system. The recommendation is always based on your water quality data and household needs.
What Enagic products does Drawn consult on?
+
The K8 (flagship drinking water ionizer), SD501DX and SD501 (classic models), Anespa DX (shower and bath mineraliser), and Kangen Ukon (Okinawan turmeric supplement).
What if I want to go ahead after the consultation?
+
The consultant will provide an order link and walk you through the process. New units come with a 30-day trial period in most markets. Financing options are available through Enagic-approved partners.
