FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is a water wellness consultation?+
A 30-minute conversation about your water quality data and household goals. We review your WaterHealthCheck report (or equivalent), discuss your household profile, and talk through options. No pressure, no obligation.
Is this about selling me something?+
Honestly, yes — we are an Enagic distributor, and we may recommend an Enagic system if it fits your needs. We'll tell you clearly if it does, and tell you clearly if it doesn't. We don't recommend a system to everyone.
What's the difference between filtration and ionization?+
Filtration removes contaminants (lead, PFAS, chlorine, nitrates). Ionization changes water chemistry (pH, ORP, dissolved hydrogen). You need filtration first. Ionization is a separate conversation about water quality, not water safety.
Do I need to check my water quality first?+
Yes. Start at WaterHealthCheck. Your consultation will be more useful if we know what's in your water.
How much do Enagic systems cost?+
Systems range from several hundred to several thousand dollars Australian. We'll discuss specific pricing in the consultation once we know what's appropriate for your household.
Is this right for me if I'm pregnant?+
If you're pregnant or trying to conceive, start with WaterHealthCheck. Their pregnancy-focused water quality report is the right first step. Come back to Drawn when you're ready to go further.
Are there health guarantees?+
No. Nothing on this site or in a consultation constitutes medical advice. We share what's in peer-reviewed literature and what some users report. Always consult your healthcare provider.
