These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of drawnhealth.com and any services offered by Drawn Health, operated by Freedom Hackers LLC ("Drawn," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this site or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms.

1. The services

Drawn Health provides:

Water wellness consultations — free 30-minute consultations conducted by video call or phone, in which a consultant reviews your water quality data and discusses the water system options for your household.

Informational content — articles, guides, and reviews about water ionization, bath and shower filtration, and related topics published at drawnhealth.com.

Product facilitation — as an authorised Enagic distributor (ID: 1916898), Drawn facilitates the purchase of Enagic products for clients who choose to proceed following a consultation.

2. Consultations

Nature of consultations
Water wellness consultations are educational and informational in nature. They do not constitute medical advice, medical diagnosis, or a clinical recommendation. See our Disclaimer for full details.

Booking
Consultations are booked via TidyCal at drawnhealth.com/book. By booking, you agree to TidyCal's own terms of service and privacy policy.

Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation time. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in loss of booking access.

No obligation
Booking and attending a consultation creates no obligation to purchase any product. We will not add you to a sales sequence without your explicit consent.

3. Product purchases

Enagic products purchased following a Drawn Health consultation are sold under Enagic's own terms and conditions. Drawn facilitates the introduction and earns distributor commission as disclosed in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Product warranties, returns, and after-sales support are governed by Enagic's terms. Drawn does not process payments, hold inventory, or handle returns directly.

4. Intellectual property

All content on drawnhealth.com, including articles, guides, reviews, and design, is owned by Freedom Hackers LLC or licensed for use on this site.

You may share links to content on this site and quote brief excerpts (under 50 words) with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute full articles or substantial portions of content without written permission.

Enagic® and Kangen Water® are registered trademarks of Enagic Co., Ltd. and are used on this site descriptively only.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drawn Health and Freedom Hackers LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use this site
• Any consultation, recommendation, or information provided by Drawn Health
• Any product purchased following a consultation
• Any reliance on content published on this site

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of this site or our services shall not exceed USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the statutory consumer protections.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drawn Health and Freedom Hackers LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of this site.

7. Third-party services

This site uses third-party services including TidyCal (booking), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Google Analytics. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Drawn Health is not responsible for the terms, practices, or availability of third-party services.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
