Drawn Health is operated by Freedom Hackers LLC ("Drawn," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

What information we collect

Information you provide directly

When you book a consultation through TidyCal, we collect the information you enter at the time of booking, typically your name, email address, and any notes you add about your situation. This information is processed by TidyCal (tidycal.com) and shared with us to facilitate the consultation.

When you email us at hello@drawnhealth.com, we receive and store the contents of that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use drawnhealth.com. This may include:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Referring website or search query
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Approximate geographic location (country or city-level, not precise location)
• IP address (anonymised where required by law)

We do not use this data to identify you personally. We use it in aggregate to understand which content is useful and how the site performs.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule and conduct water wellness consultations
• Send you the written summary following your consultation (if requested)
• Respond to your enquiries
• Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

We share your information only with the service providers necessary to operate this site and conduct consultations:

TidyCal — booking platform. Processes your booking information. Privacy policy at tidycal.com/privacy.

Vercel — website hosting and analytics. Processes anonymised usage data. Privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Google Analytics — website analytics. Processes anonymised usage data. Privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Enagic Co., Ltd. — if you proceed with an Enagic product purchase following a consultation, your order information is processed directly by Enagic. Drawn facilitates the introduction as an authorised distributor but does not store your payment information.

We do not share your information with any other third parties except where required by law.

Cookies

Vercel Analytics does not use cookies. It uses a privacy-preserving approach to analytics that does not require cookie consent under most jurisdictions.

Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to distinguish users and sessions. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing tags.

Data retention

Booking information and consultation notes are retained for as long as necessary to provide our services and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up enquiries. We do not retain personal data beyond what is operationally necessary.

Email correspondence is retained in our email system in accordance with standard email retention practices.

Analytics data is retained in aggregate, anonymised form. We do not retain individual session data beyond the retention periods set by Vercel and Google.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

US residents (California — CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request the deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

EU/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability.

Australian residents (Privacy Act 1988): You have the right to access and correct your personal information.

International transfers

Drawn Health is operated from San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Our service providers (Vercel, TidyCal, Google) operate servers in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States. By using this site, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us at hello@drawnhealth.com and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
