I came to Kangen water the way most people do: through a health problem I couldn't fully resolve through conventional means. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis in my late twenties after spending almost a decade ruining my circadian rhythm working night shift. I'd already been working as a health coach, running one of Australia's early raw food and health businesses, and studying remedial massage at the Australian Institute of Holistic Medicine and completing a Life Coach certification — and thought I had my bases covered. I didn't.

Addressing my thyroid health sent me deeper into the fundamentals — emotions, trauma, breathwork, sleep, stress, food quality, and eventually water. I started using the Enagic K8 in 2018. I'm still using it daily. I also take Kangen Ukon, Enagic's Okinawan wild turmeric supplement, as part of my daily protocol.

What I do at Drawn is simple: I talk with people who are already health-conscious and want to understand whether ionised water makes sense for their household, their goals, and their specific water quality. No pressure, no pitch. Just a 30-minute conversation.

Before founding Drawn, I built and ran several health and wellness businesses across Australia — including an online raw chocolate store (Sacred Chocolate), in-person and live-event health coaching, and a health and wellness e-commerce operation. I'm currently based in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, where I also work as a systems architect, building tools for health and wellness brands including WaterHealthCheck.com.

I hold a Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a Diploma of Remedial Massage from the Australian Institute of Holistic Medicine, and a Life Coach certification from the Australian Coaching Institute.
